that a strong $10 mln raise was appropriate. AVAH saw strong organic growth in all 3
operating divisions. The company views the guidance raise as down-the-middle rather
than conservative. In terms of quarterly cadence, the company views 1Q as $84 mln
minus $6 mln given some timing related factors.

Question: You emphasized on the call that labor is the key constraint rather
than demand on growth in the PDS segment. Is the labor constraint evenly
spread across all geographies or concentrated in a few regions or markets?
When you look at key metrics such as open positions, time to fill a position,
turnover/retention, are these basically stable with the prior year trends?
Answer: The company views nurse labor pressure as a global issue across all 30 PDS
states that the company operates in. AVAH noted that the areas where the company is
having the most success are directly tied to preferred payers. The company signed 4
