specifications. Looking into CY27, Mr. Patel believes this dynamic could make the AI PC

Structural PS Segment Cost Savings: Rather than relying solely on a reversal in memory

costs, HP is pursuing structural actions across both operating expenses and system BOM costs.

The company-wide cost program (AI Savings Program) is centered on improving productivity,

accelerating product innovation and enhancing customer experience, with Personal Systems

expected to play an integral part. Examples include AI agents for channel partners (dubbed

Digital Teammate), automation across order entry and sales returns, and software-development

modernization through platform simplification and AI-enabled developer productivity. Within PS,

the company is also pursuing design-for-cost initiatives such as platform redesign, alternative

system architectures and greater flexibility around component selection.
