toward scaled brokers with more sophisticated carrier oversight infrastructure.

Reasons for this report

The Supreme Court of the United States ruled unanimously that state-law negligent ✓ Quick Reaction to Newsflow/Volatility

selection claims against freight brokers are not automatically preempted under the
