Last week on Thursday (05/14), we hosted Deutsche Bank’s 4th Annual Solar &

FSLR) and FEOC requirements clarity (timing remains uncertain), which could

We walked away from the conference positive on Management tone but also

• There was a large focus on policy update across investors and especially

for First Solar, including the S232 and FEOC. Those are viewed as

tailwinds for the company, although timing of clarification remains

uncertain for both. We believe S232 would be first to be clarified.
