Last week on Thursday (05/14), we hosted Deutsche Bank’s 4th Annual Solar &

Clean Tech Conference, virtually, where we saw double investors attendance Gary Zhou, CFA

conflict), upcoming policy updates with Section 232 (expected to be a tailwind for

FSLR) and FEOC requirements clarity (timing remains uncertain), which could

bring renewed interest from international corporate towards the tax equity

markets.

Companies are also bullish on the topic of AI and data centers opportunities,

which is manifesting via SST products for both SEDG and ENPH. This market

opportunity is also geared towards NXT (Buy rated), CWEN (Buy rated) and ENLT

(Hold rated).

We walked away from the conference positive on Management tone but also

investors sentiment and a return to fundamental and tangible growth.

• There was a large focus on policy update across investors and especially

for First Solar, including the S232 and FEOC. Those are viewed as

tailwinds for the company, although timing of clarification remains

uncertain for both. We believe S232 would be first to be clarified.
