Daily Financial Markets Monitor
Global stocks were little changed. US shares retreated 0.5%, while those in the
Euro area fell 0.2%. Japanese equities moved up 0.7%. Stocks in emerging
markets gained 0.5% on net.
The 5-year Treasury yield added 1bp to 4.38%. Meanwhile, the 10-year
Treasury yield increased 3bp to 4.73% and the 30-year yield added 6bp to
5.32%.
The price of Brent crude oil moved up 2.7% to $90.88/bbl.
The trade-weighted dollar moved down 0.1% today. Meanwhile, the euro was
unchanged and the yen weakened 0.2%.
