CITI'S TAKE

GENI reported 2Q26 revenue of $196 million, above Citi and the Street at

$185 million. Adj. EBITDA came in at $53 million, also above both Citi and

the Street at $45 million. The company raised their 2026 guidance for

both revenue and Adj. EBITDA. Revenue is now expected to range from

$1,005 million to $1,025 million (from $990 million to $1,010 million) and

Adjusted EBITDA is now expected to be $285 million to $295 million (from

$270 million to $280 million). As such, we expect the shares to react

positively.
