Neutral PTC delivered a clean and better-than-expected 3Q, with ARR growing

9.1%, slightly exceeding the high end of the guidance range and OCF/FCF Price (29 Jul 26 16:00) US$132.46

slightly beating as well. Revenue and EPS were in line with guidance Target price US$127.00

expectations. ARR strength was broad-based, with CAD and PLM both Expected share price return -4.1%

growing consistently and management highlighting GTM momentum and Expected dividend yield 0.0%

product enhancements driving demand capture. The 4Q ARR guide was Expected total return -4.1%

raised at the low-end with the company now expecting to generate $79-

Market Cap US$15,300M 92M NNARR in the Q (slightly higher than prior implied range). Overall, it

was a consistent Q on execution and we expect the stock to be up slightly

though still expect a principle debate remaining on durability of growth
