RWE and Google yesterday announced a new power supply contract for RWE’s Mukund Verma

first solar project in Oklahoma. The companies signed a 15-year power purchase (44-20) 7742-4181

agreement (PPA) for the total output from the 155MW Crooked Creek Solar project J.P. Morgan Securities plc

in McCurtain County. RWE plans to begin onsite construction at Crooked Creek
