• SP600 Global Net Lease Inc.(XNYS: GNL) is to acquire Modiv Industrial Inc.(XNYS: MDV) in an all stock transaction. MDV shareholders will receive 1.975 shares of GNL for every MDV share held. The transaction is expected to

close Aug 12. If MDV suspends prior to the removal date, SPDJI will derive the closing price of MDV as follows: GNL primary exchange close * 1.975 merger ratio.
