Casgevy (ex vivo) for SCD/TDT: 2Q sales were $76M vs. consensus $59.9M as

reported by partner Vertex (press release, VRTX press release) (covered by Terence

Flynn), in line with VRTX's internal expectations based on high visibility into patient

scheduling patterns. Casgevy is part of CRSP's strategic partnership with Vertex and

is being advanced under a joint development and commercialization agreement

where the net profits and net losses are allocated 40% to CRISPR and 60% to
