neurology products.

For the week ending Aug 07, total scripts for the US antipsychotic market grew

+2.6% Y/Y. Rolling 4-week total script (TRx) was +2.1% Y/Y and rolling 12-week TRx

was +2.3% Y/Y.

Sequential weekly TRx growth for antipsychotics was +0.8% w/w compared to 2.5% the prior week. Exhibit 1 includes our basket of antipsychotics and

Total scripts for bipolar depression medications1 grew +0.9% w/w. Rolling 4-week

TRx was +0.7% w/w. On a Y/Y basis, TRx grew +3.5% for the current week, +2.9%

for rolling 4-week, and +3.0% for rolling 12-week.

Acadia: Nuplazid for Parkinson's disease psychosis
