We examined GLP-1 TRx trends over the past four weeks to assess y/y
market changes. Collectively, TRx is 4.5% vs 0.6% prior as oral options Mary Kate Davis

market share of total GLP-1 TRx, with share 0.5% over the four week period; mary.kate.davis@citi.com
compared to 48.4%/-1.1% last year. Comparatively, Novo’s semaglutide has
37.1% share remaining relatively flat (0.1% growth). Indeed, this week’s focus Jarwei Fang

Oral market taking shape with Foundayo and Wegovy pill — Interestingly oral
Wegovy scripts now make up 34% of total Wegovy scripts (last week of 35%; +0%
w/w) suggesting preferences for oral formulations. After the commercial launch of
Foundayo 4/9, we note scripts continue to build with 29.3K (see takeaways here;
and total script count Figure 11). As IQVIA capture for Foundayo continues to solidify,
we note there may be a gap in telehealth capture as management previously
confirmed ~20k on Foundayo since launch, April 6 through earnings call on April 30
