Healthcare & Education CVM Insiders and Buybacks Monitor – July/26
CITI'S TAKE
We consolidate the balance of insider transactions (i.e., controlling,
management, board) and buyback programs for our coverage group in
June (Figure 1) and over the past 12 months (Figures 2 and 3), as well as
refreshing the current stage (Figure 4) and size (Figure 5) of active buyback
programs. For July, activity was led by ANIM’s controlling shareholders
with net buying of R$113.1mn, followed by another month of solid buying
from RDOR’s controllers (R$84.1mn, now totaling R$1.3bn YTD). On the
buyback front, RDOR continued to lead, deploying another R$116.5mn in
the month (now totaling R$1bn YTD). Elsewhere, HYPE's controllers'
buying activity slowed to R$2.7mn in July, while RADL's controllers sold a
small stake R$4.1mn, reverting from R$36mn of net Buying in June.
