• We estimate regulated GGR could represent ~5% of disposable income in ’26E.
Likely not relevant in the aggregate… We ran a rough calculation to gauge how much
of a headwind this would represent to disposable income available for retail, subtracting
debt obligations, housing and healthcare from the total wage mass. Overall, we conclude
that (1) our proxy for disposable income points to 2-3% real growth this year, while (2)
betting GGR could represent ~5% of “disposable” income. In terms of headwinds, we
calculate that the estimated increase in GGR this year could offset ~6% of the disposable
income growth, while in 2025 the offset was ~10%. Having said this, considering the
