• SP600 Five9, Inc. (NASD: FIVN) will replace Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE: TWO) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Monday, August 3. CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is acquiring Two

Harbors Investment Corp. in a deal expected to close soon, pending final closing conditions.

• R1000 IonQ (IONQ; R1, R25, MC, RS, V, DY) will acquire SkyWater Technology for stock and cash. In the transaction, each share of SkyWater Technology will be exchanged for $15.00 in cash and shares of IonQ equal to $20.00

R2000 divided by the 20-day volume-weighted average trading price of IonQ common stock as of three business days before closing; the minimum exchange ratio being 0.3326 and the maximum ratio being 0.5265 shares of IonQ

common stock for each share of SkyWater Technology common stock held. Based on the 20-day volume-weighted average trading price of IonQ common stock as of three business days before closing, the derived merger term is

0.5011551626499080 of a share of IonQ. The merger was approved at SkyWater Technology’s shareholder meeting on May 8, 2026. SkyWater Technology will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of

the merger. The style probabilities are expected to remain constant at 0% growth and 100% value and the stability probabilities are expected to remain constant at 0% defensive and 100% dynamic.
