• R2000 ANV Group Holdings Ltd (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire Open Lending Corporation through a cash tender offer. In the transaction, each share of Open Lending Corporation will be exchanged for

$3.15 in cash. The offer expired on July 27, 2026. Open Lending Corporation will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the tender offer.

• R2000 Resideo Technologies (REZI; R2, R25, RS, V, G, DY): Resideo Technologies will spin off its shares of ADI Global Distribution. In the transaction, each share of Resideo Technologies will receive 0.5 shares of ADI Global

Distribution. ADI Global Distribution is projected to be added to the FTSE Russell Indexes as it satisfies FTSE Russell's inclusion criteria. The new company will be added to Resideo Technologies' respective indexes (Russell

2000, Russell 2500, and Russell Small Cap Completeness). Based on Resideo Technologies current probabilities, ADI Global Distribution will be 17.4% growth and 82.6% value and ADI Global Distribution's stability

probabilities will be 100% dynamic and 0% defensive. ADI Global Distribution will be distributed to shareholders on August 3, 2026 (after the close). The price of Resideo Technologies will be adjusted to reflect the spin-off.
