connectivity. Camden planning officers have recommended approval, noting the

education use would have limited impact on neighbouring properties and would be

supported by employment and training contributions through a Section 106 agreement.

• CLI Dartriver completes City offices acquisition: CLI Dartriver has acquired the

mixed-use 10 Bow Lane and 19-28 Watling Street portfolio in the City of London for

£27m, reflecting a 6.17% net initial yield. The 30,293 sq ft asset, located between Cannon

Street and St Paul’s stations, is let to 11 office and retail tenants and generates £1.69m of

annual rent. The deal marks CLI Dartriver’s first City office acquisition since 1

Paternoster Square in 2024 and continues its active London investment strategy,

following a series of office purchases and the £120m acquisition of the Radisson Blu
