We attended the i3-Mechatronics Fair, an exhibition of products held at the company's (Note: Quick Note reports are not a

headquarters on 22 July. The event was held to showcase Yaskawa Electric's solutions, vehicle for changes to ratings, target

We saw evidence today of advanced initiatives in the use of AI and humanoid robot

applications, including a demonstration of multitasking with semi-humanoid robots and

advanced actuators for humanoid robot applications. We were struck by the breadth of the

use of AI, with the featuring of Alliom, a solution for picking and other tasks offered by Research Analysts

subsidiary AI Cube, which focuses on deployment of AI in manufacturing, and a

Japan machinerydemonstration using Google AI agents.

In the development of advanced actuators for humanoid robot application, the company

has been developing new types of motors that increase torque at the motor level and

reduce the reduction ratio using reduction gears, unlike industrial robot applications, and it

plans to conduct tests in collaboration with customers. During the Q&A session,

management provided additional information about lower capacity utilization following the
