Investment Thesis, Valuation and Risks

Alstom Valuation(Overweight; Price Target: €28.00)

Investment Thesis

• Backlog provides growth visibility: Driven by a >€100bn backlog, Alstom has good

visibility on revenue growth in the coming years. Rail is a growing market in which we

disappoints, it would bring downside to our forecasts and will drive a de-rating of shares.

4) Supply chain headwinds driving downside to future earnings and cash flow. 5) Further
