While there are some more positive signs for SHL, the company

has limited pricing power to mitigate wage/input cost pressures,

is currently uncompetitive in key US markets and faces the

prospect of meaningful reimbursement pressure in its largest

market, Germany. Valuation at 16x 12m forward P/E is at 10-

year lows and, while an EPS CAGR of +8.8% (FY26-28e)

appears solid, there is meaningful risk to both the revenue and

cost profiles, and we believe a discount to reflect a challenging

ROIC trajectory is appropriate. To become more positive, we
