Reini Otter will step down as CEO of Frasers Property Industrial on 17 Dec
2026 after 28 years with Frasers Property, including seven years leading the
Industrial platform and its expansion across Australia and Europe. From 1 Aug
2026, Ian Barter will take interim oversight for Frasers Property Industrial’s
Australia and Europe operations until a new CEO is appointed. Separately, ESR
has named Otter CEO for its Australia and New Zealand business, where he will
be based in Sydney and oversee growth across logistics real estate and data centers.
