• R2000 Searchlight Capital partners and Arby Partners (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire KORE Group Holdings for cash. In the transaction, each share of KORE Group Holdings will be exchanged for $9.25

in cash. The merger is pending KORE Group Holdings’ shareholder meeting on July 16, 2026. KORE Group Holdings will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
