• R2000 American Industrial Partners (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire Avanos Medical Inc for cash. In the transaction, each share of Avanos Medical Inc will be exchanged for $25.00 in cash. The merger is

pending Avanos Medical's shareholder meeting on July 22, 2026. Avanos Medical Inc will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
