• R2000 Goldgroup Mining Inc (GGA.V; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire Gold Resource Corp for stock through a reverse merger. In the transaction, each share of Gold Resource Group will be exchanged for 0.3619 of a

share of Goldgroup Mining Inc. FTSE Russell has determined that Goldgroup Mining is not eligible for the Russell 2000, Russell 2500, and the Russell Small Cap Completeness Indexes due to HCI, Gold Resource Corp will be

deleted from the Russell Indexes on 17-Jul-2026 (after the close).
