WMB Secures $5.34bn Investment from Blackstone: On Monday, WMB

announced a $5.34bn investment in its Power Innovation JV from Blackstone

Credit & Insurance, in partnership with Apollo and KKR. Blackstone and its

partners will provide $5.34bn in committed capital in exchange for a 49% non-

controlling stake in five BTM Power Innovation projects (Socrates, Apollo,
