We are placing TTI on Positive Catalyst Watch (PCW), as we think the Infrastructure, Industrials &

market’s “data center re-rating cycle” is still in its early stage with Transport

catalysts building into the 1H26 earnings briefing due August 4. Our Karen Li, CFA AC

catalyst date is 31 August – see Table 1 overleaf for more details. While (852) 2800-8589

the market remains concerned about a high comparison base and elevated karen.yy.li@jpmorgan.com

operational costs for the 1H26 print, we view these headwinds as Sunny Su

manageable, supported by staged price hikes implemented in 2H25 and (852) 2800 8551 sunny.su@jpmorgan.com

ongoing mix shifts toward higher-margin segments. We believe there is a Neil Zhang

decent chance for margin outperformance, and at minimum do not expect (852) 2800-8598

a miss on the headline numbers. More importantly, investors will have the neil.zhang@jpmorgan.com

opportunity to test whether the AIDC angle is becoming both more visible Jenny Qiu, CFA

and more ‘modelable’ in reported numbers to be communicated at the (852) 2800 8503

briefing and subsequent NDR meetings. In our view, the 1H26 results and jenny.qiu@jpmorgan.com

Mufan Shi

briefing/NDR will be a key checkpoint for the market to reassess TTI’s (852) 2800-8502

structural growth and margin profile as the AIDC narrative moves from mufan.shi@jpmorgan.com
