• R2000 GSK Plc (GSK.L; Non-US FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire Nuvalent Inc through a cash tender offer. In the transaction, each share of Nuvalent Inc will be exchanged for $124.00 in cash. The offer expired on July 14,

2026. Nuvalent Inc will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the tender offer.
