• R1000 Baker Hughes (BKR; FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire Chart Industries for cash. In the transaction, each share of Chart Industries will be exchanged for $210.00 in cash. The merger was approved at Chart Industries’

shareholder meeting on October 6, 2025. Chart Industries will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
