Post-Spin Recast and MI Revamp; Demystifying Key Changes - Andrew C. Steinerman hereOn Monday,

Information Services Provider S&P Global (SPGI) recast 2025 and 1Q26 financials to account for the recently completed spin

of Mobility Global (MBGL; not covered). Separately, S&P announced a new operating model “evolution” for its Market

Intelligence (MI) division, which will now be reported as two focused sub-segments, Kensho Data & Platforms and Enterprise

Solutions, “to better align the business with changing customer needs and to position the company for growth in an AI-driven

streamlined organization with a sharpened focus on core strengths: market-leading benchmarks, deep and broad core datasets,

flexible delivery, and an enterprise-wide proactive embrace of AI. In the short-run, investors will have to familiarize
