• R2000 Henkel AG & Co. KGaA (HNKG_p.DE; Non-US FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire Olaplex Holdings for cash. In the transaction, each share of Olaplex Holdings will be exchanged for $2.06 in cash. Olaplex Holdings

will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
