BRIDGEPONT: Have announced the acquisition of Kayne Anderson Real Estate platform this morning for $1.393bln. Kayne

Anderson has $22bln of AUM which will take Bridgepoint’s total AUM to $117bln post deal. The deal comprises of $759 million

of cash and approximately 189 million newly issued Bridgepoint Shares and the deal is expected to be mid single digit accretive

in 2027 and more than 20% accretive in 2028. In addition, Bridgepoint is upgrading guidance - targeting €28bn in fundraising

over 2024-26 (up from €24bn previously), and Performance-Related Earnings (PRE) in 2026 and 2027 to be at the top end of the

range of 20-25% of total income, with two thirds of the total PRE for 2026 expected in 1H - which is pretty impressive given the
