Starting July 1, 2026, Shopee sellers will be able to send products that were previously +55-11-4009-7137

outside the Full Shopee request list through the new Exceptional Shipping option. In felipe.husein@citi.com

Seller Center, items will be classified as Eligible, Exceptional, or Unavailable.

Items may continue to qualify for free shipping under the following conditions:

products priced at R$80 or more with at least five orders in the previous 30 days

qualify in all sizes; products priced from R$40 to R$79.99 with at least ten orders

qualify in all sizes; products priced from R$30 to R$39.99 with at least ten orders

qualify in small and medium sizes; and products priced from R$20 to R$29.99 with at

least ten orders qualify in the small-size category.

For other products accepted under Exceptional Shipping, Shopee will charge a fee per

unit sent: R$1.00 for small items, R$2.50 for medium items, R$6.00 for large items,

and R$12.50 for extra-large items. The fee will be charged monthly to the seller’s

Shopee wallet on the first business day of the following month and calculated based

on the number of units approved in the shipment ASN, rather than the quantity
