• SP600 NETSTREIT Corp. (NYSE: NTST) will replace ProAssurance Corp. (NYSE: PRA) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Monday, June 29. The Doctors Company is acquiring ProAssurance in a

cash deal expected to close soon, pending final closing conditions.

• R2000 WCAS XIV, L.P. (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire Select Medical for cash. In the transaction, each share of Select Medical will be exchanged for $16.50 in cash. The merger is pending Select

Medical’s shareholder meeting on June 26, 2026. Select Medical will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes in conjunction with the June 29, 2026 semi-annual Recon.
