• R2000 Definium Therapeutics is distributing its common stock in a public primary offering. In the offering, Definium Therapeutics will offer 20,588,000 shares of its common stock. FTSE Russell has determined this equity offering

satisfies the criteria for an intra-quarter update. The equity offering will be effective in the FTSE Russell Indexes on June 26, 2026 (after the close).

Tuesday, June 30, 2026

• R1000 S&P Global Inc (SPGI; R1, T2, V, DF) will spin off its shares of Mobility Global. In the transaction, every one share of S&P Global stock will receive one share of Mobility Global. Mobility Global is projected to be added to the

FTSE Russell Indexes, as it satisfies FTSE Russell’s inclusion criteria. The new company will be added to S&P Global’s respective indexes (Russell 1000 and Russell Top 200). Based on S&P Global’s current probabilities,

Mobility Global’s style probabilities will be 0% growth and 100% value and the stability probabilities will be 100% defensive and 0% dynamic. Mobility Global will be distributed to shareholders June 30, 2026 (after the close).

The price for S&P Global will be adjusted to reflect the spin-off. Following completion of the spin-off, the ICB classification for Mobility Global will be changed to 10101020 - Consumer Digital Services, effective June 30, 2026

(after the close).

• R1000 Prosperity Bancshares Inc (PB; R1, R25, MC, RS, V, DF) will acquire Stellar Bancorp for stock and cash. In the transaction, each share of Stellar Bancorp stock will be exchanged for 0.3803 of a share of Prosperity Bancshares

R2000 stock and $11.36 in cash.
