• NDX Effective Monday, June 29, 2026, Honeywell International Inc. (HON) will spin off one of its business segments as a stand-alone company named Honeywell Aerospace Inc. HON shareholders of record as of Monday, June 29,

2026 will be entitled to receive 1 share of Honeywell Aerospace Inc. for every 2 shares of HON owned. Prior to market open on the effective date, Honeywell Aerospace Inc. will be added to the index . Index shares and pricing

will be determined according to the published terms, and the index divisor is not expected to change as a result. If a determination is made that the spinco should be removed from the index, the details of its removal will be

specified in a separate announcement. Please also note that on the effective date, after the spinoff occurs, Honeywell International Inc. (HON) will undergo a reverse stock split on a .5 for 1 basis.
