Given the population is consistently growing, each year represents the total patient

population at that point in time, and the patients being screened by existing guidelines;

'recommended method' represents the patients who are considered up-to-date with that

screening method.

Market Model Build: Inputs & Assumptions

We size the U.S. average-risk TAM of patients aged 45 to 85, the • Model Inputs:

indicated age group for CRC screening, using U.S. Census data and the generally

accepted split of 88% average-risk, 12% high-risk patients. We assume consistent total

population and Medicare-aged population growth based on historical trends. We measure

the number of average-risk patients who are screened by colonoscopy (or other similar

direct visualization tests) by starting with the U.S.
