• Overnight, President Trump posted on Truth Social citing "Apple has agreed to

work with Intel to design and build its Chips in America". While neither company has

commented, we see this as a driver of increasing confidence in a partnership following

prior reports of preliminary deal agreements.

• We remain focused on 1. Which chips the deal could be for - prior reports cite Apple

utilizing Intel 18A-P for M-series (Mac).

• 2. Timing (no indications), in which we would assume late 2027-2028 timeframe. As a

reminder, Intel just announced its entry to risk product on 18A-P, & is focused on 14A

risk production in 2028 w/ volume in 2029. 3. Deal size (no indications), we would note

that Apple accounted for ~17% of TSMC's 2025 revenue, or ~$20.7B; Apple falling
