Bolt-on acquisition in Italy

Burckhardt Compression announced the acquisition of Italy-based Fornovo Gas, a specialist in gas compression solutions for

biogas and compressed natural gas (CNG) applications. The deal strengthens Burckhardt’s exposure to energy transition markets,

especially European biogas infrastructure.
