Management Meeting Takeaways: The Next Stage of

Growth

We hosted an investor meeting with Verra Mobility's management team, including

Jon Keyser (Interim CEO), Craig Conti (CFO), and Mark Zindler (VP of IR), where

our conversations focused on Verra's positioning today in CS, the outlook for

technology-driven solutions shaping the new demand environment, and the longterm growth algorithm in GS. We came away constructive, with incremental

growth and product deployments planned for the future. Additionally, the early

signing of Hertz and re-signing of Avis to longer-term contracts opens optionality

around partnered digital solutions that can benefit both parties and drive

incremental growth.

Framed as a Differentiated Technology Platform: Interim CEO Jon Keyser

framed Verra as a differentiated technology platform, anchored by ~28,000

edge sensors and ~10 petabytes of data. Jon stepped into the role from Chief

Transformation Officer, a position he held for the past year, following his

tenure as Chief Legal Officer, and previously served as VP and General

Counsel of Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT), and

prior to that as assistant general counsel and managing counsel at HarleyDavidson. Jon's early career as a military intelligence officer underscores his

conviction around sensor-driven data, a background that maps directly onto

Verra's commercial and government franchises and its next stage of growth.

RACs Elevated to Technology Partners: New Technology as Growth

Avenue: Management characterized the Hertz renewal as a strategic unlock,

noting that Verra entered an expiration year and the early signing and long

duration of the contract are a positive step forward. Management was excited

by the opportunity, highlighting that direct engagement with RAC senior

leadership reframed the relationship, viewing Verra as a technology partner

across toll processing and violation management. Management emphasized

that this shift would allow Verra's engineering and product teams to work

directly with the RACs on growth initiatives, laying a clear runway for
