• R1000 Charter Communications (CHTR; R1, MC, V, DY) will acquire Liberty Broadband Series A and Series C shares for stock In the transaction, each share of Liberty Broadband Series A and Series C share will be exchanged for

0.236 of a share of Charter Communications. The merger was approved at both companies' shareholders meeting on February 26, 2025. Liberty Broadband Corp Series A and Series C will be removed from the FTSE Russell

indexes upon completion of the merger. The style probabilities are expected to remain constant at 0% growth and 100% value and the stability probabilities are expected to remain constant at 0% defensive and 100% dynamic.
