• R1000 Birkenstock is distributing its common stock in a public secondary offering. In the offering, Birkenstock shareholders will offer 25,523,000 shares of its common stock. Concurrently, Birkenstock will repurchase 12,761,613

shares of its stock in connection with the offering. FTSE Russell has determined this equity offering satisfies the criteria for an intra-quarter update. The equity offering will be effective in the FTSE Russell Indexes on August 19,

2026 (after the close).

Banco Santander (SAN.MC; Non-US FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire Webster Financial for stock and cash. In the transaction, each share of Webster Financial will be exchanged for $48.75 in cash and 2.0548

American depositary shares (ADS) of Banco Santander, with each whole ADS representing one ordinary share of Banco Santander. The merger was approved at Webster Financial's shareholder meeting on May 26, 2026.

Webster Financial will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
