Privia Health Group (PRVA.O)

2Q26 Recap: A Solid Quarter Across the Board; Prudent Guidance

Portends Additional Beats and Raises

CITI'S TAKE

PRVA delivered a strong 2Q, beating expectations across the board with

Practice Collections up 12.4% y/y, Attributed Lives up 19.2% y/y, and Adj.

EBITDA up 29.1% y/y with margins expanding 310bps to 28.3%

(approaching PRVA’s LT 30–35% target). Mgmt. was constructive on

ambulatory utilization trends and characterized the shared savings

performance as reflective of genuine medical cost management. Despite

the clean beat, the stock is down ~11%, which we view as an overreaction

driven by the implied 2H deceleration embedded in the updated guidance.

Importantly, mgmt. explicitly attributed this to conservatism and

highlighted upside if trends continue. This is consistent with PRVA's 21quarter track record of beats and raises. With Attributed Lives raised above

the prior high end to 1.625M–1.650M, the Evolent/Care Partners ACO

platform ramping, and AI-driven margin expansion, our Buy thesis remains

firmly intact, and we view this as a buying opportunity.

our/cons. by 16.0%/15.5% and Care Mgmt. Fees beat by 13.5%/8.5%, while Shared
