We are downgrading WTW shares to Neutral from Buy. The stock now

appears to more reasonably discount the outlook, while we lack a

differentiated view on the company’s current prospects. We view the Neutral ↓ from Buy

company’s investment in AI capabilities as necessary and positive. Short-Term View: Downside, expires 24-SEP-26
