China’s glass fiber market remained bifurcated in the week ended Jul 30.

Coarse roving prices stayed broadly stable, but demand recovery

remained elusive amid seasonal weakness, low downstream operating

rates and limited terminal order release. Inventory pressure continued to Anna WangAC

remained at Rmb3,500-3,900/ton, with the national average at Rmb3,768.5/ton,

flat WoW and up 4.82% YoY, per SCI data. Most producers maintained stable

quotations, while high-priced transactions remained limited amid weak demand. 2)
