Target price £1.05↓ environment, characterized by persistent affordability constraints,
elevated mortgage rates, and macroeconomic volatility. Underlying pricing from £1.37
has declined by approximately 2% yoy while build-cost inflation is Expected share price return 34.6%
projected to accelerate to 3–4% for FY26 due to ongoing energy and fuel Expected dividend yield 3.1%
surcharges. In response to prolonged market weakness, the company has Expected total return 37.7%
adopted a more conservative capital allocation stance, reducing its Market Cap £2,722M
shareholder distribution policy from 7.5% to 4.0% of NAV to preserve
US$3,665M balance sheet resilience. Despite these headwinds, Taylor Wimpey
continues to make steady progress on strategic self-help initiatives to
position itself for the next housing upcycle. While near-term margin
