We highlight trends in IQVIA prescription data for select US

neurology products.

For the week ending Jul 24, total scripts for the US antipsychotic market grew

+2.7% Y/Y. Rolling 4-week total script (TRx) was +2.3% Y/Y and rolling 12-week TRx

was +2.3% Y/Y.

Sequential weekly TRx growth for antipsychotics was +1.3% w/w compared to 3.1%

the prior week. Exhibit 1 includes our basket of antipsychotics and

Total scripts for bipolar depression medications1 grew +0.7% w/w. Rolling 4-week

TRx was +0.4% w/w. On a Y/Y basis, TRx grew +3.3% for the current week, +2.9%

for rolling 4-week, and +3.0% for rolling 12-week.

Acadia: Nuplazid for Parkinson's disease psychosis

• Weekly TRx grew 13% w/w, +14% Y/Y, and rolling 12-wk +6% Y/Y ( Exhibit 6 )

• New prescriptions (NRx) / TRx were 45% for the week
