ODFL reported 2Q26 EPS of $1.68, up +33% y-y (above Citi/Street $1.53/ Neutral

$1.52 estimates). Results included a $17 million (+$0.06/sh) benefit from

gain on sale on assets. At a fundamental level, there was much to like in the Price (29 Jul 26 16:00) US$222.79

quarter, with management pointing to improving demand trends, including Target price US$231.00↑

volume and pricing upside from the tightening truckload market, a stronger
