In this report, we examine scenarios involving additional acquisitions of Suruga Bank natsumu.tsujino@bofa.com
shares. If Credit Saison were to acquire 100% of Suruga Bank, EPS dilution could be
about 8% in a scenario with no synergies. By contrast, if ownership were increased only
to 40.1% or 50.1%, resulting in consolidation as a subsidiary, EPS dilution would be Stock Data
minimal. However, under a 40.1% or 50.1% ownership structure, if Credit Saison were to
