In the two weeks ending June 27, growth was stronger in the first week and moderated +81 3 6225 8855

in the second week. Kikkoman maintained its growth trajectory despite tough

comparisons against a high base last year (prior-year growth: +7.5% and +6.5%). YuxiResearchDai >>Analyst

sales expansion. For instant noodles, Japanese manufacturers continued to post revenue

growth driven by pricing, with volumes declining, while Korean manufacturers sustained

growth supported by volume gains. Frozen foods showed divergence across companies,

although overall market conditions remained challenging.
